Anyone else besides me, or a hockey fan in Orono, think it's cool that the Tampa Bay Lightning have not just one, but two former University of Maine Black Bears on their roster.It gets better, too. Both are defenseman.
Who are they? Doug Janik, left, and rookie Mike Lundin. They signed Tuesday afternoon, following the Lightning's morning skate.
