Every season, it seems like the Boston Bruins employ some blue-collar player who, through hustle and a willingness to drop his gloves, instantly becomes a fan favorite along Beantown's Causeway Street.

This season, it's rookie
Milan Lucic, a physical winger, who's stepping into the role. Sure, he's broken his nose a couple of times in the past few weeks, but it hasn't kept the 19-year-old from quickly being a pest toward Bruins' opponents.
Though I have my doubts he'll make Bruins Nation forget about such legends as
Cam Neely or
Wayne Cashman, his pugilistic tendencies and workmanlike approach to the game will only help Lucic (
pronounced LOO-cheech) endear himself to the Black and Gold.
