Tampa Bay Lightning fans will have two reasons to try their luck with Upper Deck's Series I release. The Young Guns subset, the industry standard for rookie cards, features not one, but two fuzz-faced Bolts.Defensemen Mike Lundin, top, and Matt Smaby, who made the club out of camp, have their first NHL cards.
And while demand for these cards across most of North America will fly under the radar, I imagine they'll become somewhat of a hot commodity down here in Tampa.Other big names on this season's Young Guns checklist include Chicago's Patrick Kane, Montreal's Carey Price, Phoenix's Peter Mueller, St. Louis' Erik Johnson and Washington's Nicklas Backstrom.
We'll have to look for Chicago's Jonathan Toews in Series II.
